The room was huge and had good beds. the staff were very friendly. the coffee/tea making machines and refrigerator worked well. Magnificent central location adjacent to the historical center and Cinque Terre. I was happy to find a Burger King within a 10-15 minute walking distance serving nice food.

I chose Residenza Viani Guest House specifically because I wanted to visit Museo Del Sigillo, which is located just a short distance away. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the nearby Piazza Europa, which offers a recently built underground car park with video surveillance. This feature provided me with peace of mind knowing that my car was secure during my stay. , I loved that the hotel is situated close to food stands that offer the best gastronomy in the Lunigiana and Magra Valley.
The rooms at Residenza Viani Guest House are in a wing of an older office building, located on a busy side street across from a bar. One evening, there was a football match happening, and the noise from the celebrations outside made it difficult to sleep until 2:30am, even with the windows shut and a sound machine on high volume.

The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable with their parquet floors and modern amenities. But what truly stood out was the coffee machine with waffles and biscuits available. It was like having a cozy café right in my room!
Noisy construction and nearby bar.

The parquet floors gave it a touch of sophistication, and the flat screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
